Innovation Spotlight—Glens Falls Hospital Provides Healthy Food to High-Need Communities
The lack of access to fresh, healthy food for rural, high-need communities can lead to a slew of health issues in those populations. In an effort to combat this social determinant of health, Glens Falls Hospital introduced the Free Mobile Food Pantry program in 2016.
