Mt. Sinai resident and hospital volunteer elected president of regional auxilian group

Mt. Sinai resident Barbara Zinna, a Mather Hospital volunteer, was elected to a one-year term as president of the Nassau-Suffolk Council of Hospital Auxiliaries. Her term expires June 2020. Ms. Zinna, an auxilian for 30 years, says one of her major roles as an auxilian is to raise awareness about the community services her hospital offers.
