The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation Nursing Initiative grantees met last week to celebrate their progress, collaborate with peer learning and hear from experts at the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Press Ganey. These leaders are reshaping nursing at their hospitals by leading Magnet® or Pathway to Excellence® journeys, implementing virtual nursing and strengthening their nurse residency programs.
