Photos: 340B Advocacy Day
New York’s hospitals and health clinics came together in Albany with HANYS, Iroquois Healthcare Association and Community Health Care Association of New York State to share powerful stories about how the 340B Drug Discount Program helps them care for their communities.
Today, that lifeline is under threat. Major drug manufacturers and others are actively dismantling 340B — putting safety net hospitals and access to care at risk. With the added financial pressures of H.R. 1, 340B remains one of the most critical tools to protect New York’s hospitals and ensure access to healthcare for all New Yorkers.
Our message to the New York State Legislature is clear:
Pass the 340B Prescription Drug Anti-Discrimination Act and preserve 340B!
