Join Assembly Health Committee Chair Richard Gottfried and Senate Health Committee Chair Gustavo Rivera in a discussion of COVID-19 response and recovery efforts, HANYS’ budget priorities and how we move forward to reimagine healthcare delivery in a post-COVID environment. Facilitated by HANYS President Bea Grause, this conversation will also provide an opportunity for HANYS members to hear directly from the legislative healthcare leaders about their priorities and goals for the future of healthcare policy and administration in New York.

Moderated discussion with NYS Senate and Assembly Insurance Committee Chairs

Join HANYS President Bea Grause and state insurance policy leaders for a discussion of the reimbursement and payment challenges faced by hospitals and nursing homes throughout the COVID-19 response. HANYS will share our managed care and payment priorities for the 2021 legislative session and our proposed reform initiatives aimed at streamlining administrative procedures. This conversation will also provide an opportunity to receive valuable insight from state insurance leaders on the future of the healthcare reimbursement and payment policies needed to ensure the sustainability healthcare delivery.
