Registration

The HANYS Annual Membership Conference will be held virtually this year. Program details will be provided through the conference app.

Fees

Pre-conference session:

$95 per person
Space is limited

Conference registration fee:

$350 per member facility*

*Each attendee must register individually. After the initial registrant, additional attendees from the same facility will register at no charge.

Conference attendance is open to HANYS members only.

Online registration closes June 15.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by learning@hanys.org by June 10.

No refund will be issued for:

  • no-shows;
  • cancellations received after June 10; or
  • individuals who paid the one-time facility fee if other members of that facility remain registered.

If the cancelling individual is the sole registrant from a facility, a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be issued within two weeks after the event date.
