HANYS named Times Union Top Workplace for 10th year in a row; national Top Woman-Led Workplace for 2021
Rensselaer, NY – The Healthcare Association of New York State is honored to be named a Capital District Top Workplace by the Times Union for the tenth year in a row.
The Times Union has honored the Capital District’s Top Workplaces for 10 years; HANYS has been named a Top Workplace every year of the partnership. The annual list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution and connection. HANYS greatly appreciates our employees’ feedback and contributions to making our organization a Top Workplace every year.
HANYS was also recently named a recipient of Energage’s first-ever national Top Workplaces Woman-Led Culture Excellence Award. HANYS has been led by President Bea Grause, RN, JD, since 2016 and counts many women among its senior leadership.
