Free buprenorphine waiver training Sept. 25 in Saratoga
HANYS and DOH are sponsoring a free buprenorphine waiver training for clinical providers on Sept. 25 at Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs. Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and medical residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Click here to register.
Paul Updike, medical director of substance use services at Catholic Health System, will discuss the medications and treatments for opioid use disorder and provide education to qualify for a waiver to prescribe buprenorphine.
