Infrastructure plan would bolster “care economy”

The plan includes investment for critical infrastructure — including hospitals — in vulnerable communities and calls for $400 billion to bolster the “care economy” including expanding access to long-term care services under Medicaid and an additional $100 billion to ensure access to affordable broadband.
