Jeffrey Gold named to BCBS Provider Settlement Monitoring Committee

Jeffrey Gold, HANYS’ special counsel for managed care and insurance, joins Whatley Kallas partner W. Tucker Brown as Settlement Class Counsel’s two appointees to the five-person monitoring committee for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Provider Settlement.
