State legislative activity

Recently, the following bills of interest were approved by Gov. Hochul:

• Clinical laboratory practitioners (Chapter 446 of the Laws of 2022);
• Maternity-related statistics (Chapter 382 of the Laws of 2022);
• Assisted living facility race and ethnicity data (Chapter 260 of the Laws of 2022); and
• Adverse action against reproductive healthcare providers (Chapter 221 of the Laws of 2022).
