DataGen launches Culture of Safety Insights to enhance SOPS® process

A survey and planning platform, Culture of Safety Insights helps hospitals collect employee feedback on safety issues, analyze survey data and leverage a built-in debriefing tool to facilitate the creation of a customized action plan. The CSI platform allows hospital staff to complete the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Patient Safety Culture Survey™ and customized questions. Analyzed responses, including added national benchmark data, are incorporated into a debriefing tool that streamlines collaboration for CSI-templated action plans at the unit and organizational levels.
