About HANYS:

HANYS Career Opportunities

The Healthcare Association of New York State, established in 1925, is proud to be the only association that represents and advocates at the state and federal level on behalf of all New York state hospitals and health systems, across the continuum of care. Our employees are committed to our shared mission of advancing the health of individuals and communities.

HANYS offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, professional and service-oriented environment with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement and a 401(k) plan.

How to apply for a position at HANYS

All career opportunities are listed on our careers portal. If you find a position you’d like to apply for, click the “Apply Now” button and follow the steps in the online process. You will be given the opportunity to upload documents, such as a résumé and/or cover letter that states your salary requirements.

HANYS will never ask job applicants for personal information via email or phone. Our recruiting process requires job applicants to apply directly through the online process to securely complete an application and upload a resume. The online process will also include our optional EEO Self-Identification Survey questions. Completion of this Affirmative Action survey is voluntary.

For more information on our commitment to being an equal opportunity employer, read our EEO policy statement, the Know your Rights poster, and pay transparency policy. For information on our reasonable accommodation policy or to request an accommodation, please contact Kimberly DuBois, human resources director, at 518.431.7805.
