Healthcare Trustees of New York State (HTNYS) is pleased to present its milestone 35th Annual Conference. The 2015 Conference will provide trustees and senior leaders with practical strategies for leading and governing their organizations in this era of healthcare transformation. The Conference will also offer opportunities to network with colleagues and develop new leadership strengths. Sagamore Room Reservations

This year, the room block at the Sagamore will open online for advance reservations on July 14 at 9 a.m.—a day before telephone reservations, which will begin on July 15 at 9 a.m. To make online reservations, visit www.thesagamore.com where you will find details about the process and cancellation policy. You will also need the group code from HTNYS’ website(www.htnys.org), which will be available on July 14.Conference attendees will not be able to make reservations before this date. Please call The Sagamore at (866) 385-6221 if you need assistance. HTNYS recommends that you make your reservations with The Sagamore beginning on July 14. If you are asked to be put on a waiting list for rooms, HTNYS strongly suggests that you do so. Rooms typically become available to those on the waiting list, although we cannot guarantee this.

Registration Deadline and Cancellation

The registration deadline for the Conference is September 9.

Registrations cancelled after September 7 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for those canceling on the day of the program or failing to attend are forfeited. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, but should be indicated either before or at the Conference.
