Implementing Antibiotic Stewardship During Care Transitions

HANYS will host a webinar with St. Peter’s Health Partners, who will share how they successfully incorporated antibiotic stewardship into transitions of care between their hospitals and nursing homes.
This event is the latest in a series of programs designed to help members across the care continuum advance their antibiotic stewardship work. A library of recorded events and other valuable resources is available on the newly redesigned HANYS Antibiotic Stewardship Collaborative webpage.
