HANYS and GNYHA will host a 2020 Institutional Cost Report Audit Kickoff Webinar Nov. 1, from 1 to 3 p.m. DOH and KPMG will provide an overview of the 2020 ICR audit process.

The 2020 ICR audit tool is scheduled to open for all hospitals on Nov. 4, followed by audit fieldwork commencing Dec. 5, 2022, through March 31, 2023.

During this webinar, DOH and KPMG will provide an overview of:

• DOH expectations and goals;
• lessons learned from the 2019 audit;
• audit areas;
• audit timeline and milestones;
• audit tool demo; and
• important documentation and communication protocols.
