Political Action Committee Compliance: Legal overview and best practices

This event is open to HANYS members only.

This webinar will review compliance guidelines and best practices for New York state hospitals and health systems seeking to administer a PAC fundraising campaign. We will also cover permitted political and lobbying activities, the solicitation process and associated rules and HANYS' recommendations for ensuring compliance.

The webinar will also provide information about HANYS' state and federal PACs, whose purpose is to support candidates for federal, state or local office public office who support the protection and promotion of New York state’s not-for-profit hospitals, health systems and continuing care providers.
