HANYS and Greater New York Hospital Association will host a Webconference on integrating the New York Patient Occurrence Reporting and Tracking System (NYPORTS) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Evaluation Protocol with current NYPORTS reporting codes.

What you will learn
- New York State Department of Health (DOH) will discuss the required NYPORTS Root Cause Analysis Evaluation Protocol standard criterion and will provide practical examples of how the current NYPORTS codes may be integrated into the RCA protocol.
- Examples of some of the most common issues and reasons for RCA resubmission to DOH.
