Culturally Competent Leadership.

As health care communities become increasingly multicultural in nature, cultural competency plays an undeniably critical role in leadership. Responsible health care professionals are aware of the cultural factors that may impact interactions and develop appropriate skills to manage and lead effectively. In this session, presented by Jamie B. Gelbtuch, Founder and Principal Consultant for Cultural Mixology, participants will acquire knowledge and tools that will lead to an improvement in the quality of care delivered to a diverse range of patients.
