DOH has expanded the NYS Provider and Health Plan Look-Up tool to include provider network information for the New York State Health Insurance Plan’s Empire Plan, which will provide more comprehensive information to state and local government employees enrolled in the Empire Plan. The Look-Up tool was developed to help New Yorkers using the NY State of Health marketplace search for their preferred providers among the health plans offered on the marketplace.
