NYS Medicaid updates telehealth policy manual

Sections updated in the manual include telehealth waivers, teledentistry, remote patient monitoring, clinic billing by on-site presence and off-site billing guidance for school-based health centers. These policies apply to all New York state Medicaid-enrolled providers and Medicaid Managed Care plans.
