Collaborative Drug Therapy Management Program Session 1: Overview

HANYS will host a two-part series on how to implement collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) programs, which are voluntary programs that permit physicians and pharmacists to enter into agreements to proactively monitor patients’ drug therapy regimens.

HANYS encourages members to participate in these webinars to learn from key experts across the state on how to implement a CDTM program.


Details for Session 1: Program Overview
This session will provide participants with an overview of CDTM programs, including results of the pilot program in NYS, and the requirements of the new law.
