Just Culture Certification Course

For many years, HANYS has provided education, tools, and resources to help members address organizational culture issues. Through our continued partnership with Outcome Engenuity, we are pleased to offer three programs, to be held this fall in New York City as part of our larger portfolio of High Reliability Education. For each of these courses, HANYS members should use the code HANYS2017 to receive a savings of nearly 30%.
The Just Culture Certification Course is designed to help organizations achieve better outcomes, pursue sustainable positive culture change through learning and justice, and reduce adverse events. Registration details and the full course brochure can be found online.
Other certification course offerings include: Root Cause Analysis, and Highly Reliable Outcomes. All three programs are designed to provide in-depth, hands-on training to help organizations build a culture of accountability, learn from adverse events, and develop highly-reliable systems and processes.
