Highly Reliable Outcomes Certification Course

For many years, HANYS has provided education, tools, and resources to help members address organizational culture issues. Through our continued partnership with Outcome Engenuity, we are pleased to offer three programs, to be held this fall in New York City as part of our larger portfolio of High Reliability Education. For each of these courses, HANYS members should use the code HANYS2017 to receive a savings of nearly 30%.
The Highly Reliable Outcomes Certification Course is designed to give managers practical tools to produce better outcomes through smart design, building a culture where each and every employee know the organization’s values, and developing the skills to produce better results. Other certification course offerings include: Just Culture, and Root Cause Analysis. All three programs are designed to provide in-depth, hands-on training to help organizations build a culture of accountability, learn from adverse events, and develop highly-reliable systems and processes.
