HANYS HIT Strategy Group Webinar on NYeC SHIN-NY Cybersecurity Requirements for QEs

Registration for this event is open to HANYS Members only.
The December session of HANYS Health Information Technology (HIT) Strategy Group features Will Pelgrin of HANYS’ cybersecurity consultants CyberWA. Members will be informed of Will's work with the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) to enhance the cybersecurity posture of the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY) infrastructure.
Will has been advising NYeC in its efforts to develop a cybersecurity framework for the SHIN-NY that will require Qualified Entities (QEs) to have certain cybersecurity policies and procedures in place. Join us to hear directly from Will about latest updates on NYeC’s Cybersecurity Policy and the impact on QE Participants, including hospitals and health systems.
