HANYS is pleased to present its 52nd Annual Conference for Healthcare Auxiliaries and Volunteer Leaders. This year's Conference reflects the realities we are undergoing in the healthcare environment. In addition to key topics, we have included some skill-building sessions that will help strengthen your ability to continue to offer the valuable services you provide to your hospitals, health systems, and communities.

Conference Registration Fee:
- $185 for HANYS Members
Conference Registration: Includes cocktail reception and award dinner on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and all educational sessions.
Registration Information:
All registrations for this Conference must be done online. To save time and ensure a smooth process during registration, please have the following information ready before you begin:

- Credit card information to process payment
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:
Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, including the day of the event. Cancellations should be made in writing to learning@hanys.org. Cancellations received by October 10 will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for cancellations received after October 10 or for failing to appear will be forfeited.

Lodging
For lodging, call the Saratoga Hotel and Casino at (518) 682-8888 and ask for reservations or book online.
The discounted room rate is $121 per night.
Reservations must be made by using this reservation code by October 3: 1048, HANYS Auxilian 2018 group.
Hotel Room Cancellations:
Sleeping rooms must be guaranteed by a major credit card and first night’s deposit. For guaranteed no-shows, you will be charged for one night’s rental and subsequent nights’ reservation will be cancelled. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After this time your deposit will not be refunded.
Tax-exempt Status for Lodging:
According to New York State Tax Law, to be exempt from paying sales tax, guests are required to submit a tax-exempt form and auxiliary or hospital check. Individuals paying with a personal check or personal credit card cannot be tax-exempt.

There are no continuing education credits available with this program.
