HANYS’ March 27 program is designed to empower middle managers to successfully lead their departments and achieve strategic goals. During this full-day, in-person session, expert faculty will address concepts associated with middle management, including communication, financial management, conflict resolution and strategies to successfully transition from peer to supervisor.

Institute Registration Fee:

• $350 for HANYS Members
  *Rates are per person for the first three attendees from each organization. A $50 discount per person will be extended to additional individuals beyond the first three registrants.

• $700 for HANYS Non Members
**No discounts are available for non-members of HANYS.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, including on the day of the event. Cancellations should be made in writing to learning@hanys.org . Cancellations received by 5 p.m. on March 20 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for cancellations received after 5 p.m. on March 20 or for failing to attend will be forfeited.

Individual reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to prevent being charged for the first night’s room and tax.
