Join us May 21 at the beautiful Terry Hills Country Club in Batavia to hear the latest in compliance straight from the source of enforcement, with presenters from the state Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Attorney, Western District of New York, Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Health and Human Services, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (Rochester office) and Medicare contractor National Government Services.
In addition to our government agency presenters, we’ll be joined by regional expert speakers on the topics of telemedicine and telehealth compliance for Medicaid and Medicare, whistleblowers at work (friend or foe?), and pharmacy compliance topics ranging from care treatment plans and compliance around patients with substance use disorder or opioid prescriptions, to the 340B program audits.
Non-members working in healthcare and hospitals are welcome to attend this event through 2 p.m. From 2 to 3 p.m., Anne Brockenauer, senior director of compliance, Healthcare Association of New York State, will lead a members-only open forum discussion on a variety of hot healthcare compliance topics. The registration fee is $40 members for members of Western New York Healthcare Association or Pandion; $50 for non-members. Day-of registrations will be handled at the venue (not online) and will be $75. The registration fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch-- see attached agenda. We hope to see you there!
