This webinar, part of the Healthcare Innovation and Lean Network of New York (HILNNY) webinar series, will discuss lean principles, project management and change management, when combined effectively, can bring about tremendous organizational transformation. However, the "people side" of change management is often minimized and as a result, change may not be embraced or sustained.
Objectives:
This engaging session will explore:
• why the people side of change is important;
• best practices for applying change management; and
• tips for engaging leadership in embracing and sponsoring change.
