This is a HANYS members-only event
This program will review compliance guidelines and best practices for hospitals and health systems interested in learning more about the PAC fundraising program. We will also cover permitted political and lobbying activities, the solicitation process and associated rules, and HANYS' recommendations for ensuring compliance.
The webinar will also provide information about HANYS' state and federal PACs, which were formed to make candidates for elected office aware of the challenges confronting hospitals, health systems, and post-acute care providers in New York state
