Key components of the Medicare outpatient payment proposed rule for CY 2023

This webinar will review key proposed provisions of the Medicare proposed outpatient payment rule for calendar year 2023 including:

• outpatient rates;
• wage index changes;
• the site-neutral payment rate for excepted off-campus, provider-based department sites for basic clinic visits changes;
• 340B Drug Pricing Program;
• inpatient-only list;
• outpatient quality reporting program changes;
• hospital quality star rating program changes; and
• the new Rural Emergency Hospital program.

Providers will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback for our comment letter to CMS.
