This webinar will overview The Joint Commission’s new requirements that address health care equity as a quality and safety priority. The presentation will include an explanation of the intent behind the requirements, as well as strategies to help organizations prepare for implementation in January 2023.

After the session, participants will be able to:

• list key areas addressed by the new Joint Commission requirements to reduce healthcare disparities; and
• describe implementation strategies related to the new requirements to improve healthcare equity.
