This Conference is for HANYS' Members only.

Highlights include educational sessions, our annual awards luncheon, HANYS’ Board of Trustees meeting, and opportunities to network with friends and colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere—all with the backdrop of the beautiful Adirondacks. The Conference agenda is available online.

The pre-conference American College of Health Care Executives Category I credit session will be held Wednesday afternoon, June 18. A welcome reception for members arriving Wednesday night will also be held.

Registration Information

All registrations for this Conference must be done online. To save time and ensure a smooth process during registration, please have the following information ready before you begin:

• Registrant's e-mail address
• Registrant's HANYS password
• Guest name (if registrant is bringing a guest)
• Registrant's National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) number, and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) number, to obtain continuing education credits
• If the registrant will attend the ACHE Session on Friday (to receive ACHE continuing education credits)
• Credit card information to process payment

Registration Deadline and Cancellation

The registration deadline for the Conference is June 12.

Registrations cancelled after June 12 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for those canceling on the day of the program or failing to attend are forfeited. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, but should be indicated either before or at the Conference.

When making your reservations at The Sagamore, please refer to Group Code: HANYS2014. The deadline for booking your reservation at the conference rate is May 14.

Please note the Sagamore's reservation/cancellation policy: A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A non-refundable $35 processing fee will be charged at time of booking. The balance of your stay will be charged to this card 14 days prior to your arrival date. Should you cancel this reservation more than 14 days prior to arrival the $35 processing fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made 14 days or less from arrival, the total amount will be forfeited. In the event you do not arrive on the above arrival date your reservation will be cancelled and the amount collected will be forfeited at that time.
